At Huff Vape Best Vape Shop, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible merchandise.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
